1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are sold for research and laboratory use only, we maintain strict quality and safety standards.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received an incorrect product

  • You received a damaged product

  • Your order was incomplete or missing items upon delivery

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, compliance, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling

  • Change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer

Once products leave our facility, we cannot resell or restock them.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect products sent by us

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. OlympPeptide is not responsible for lost return shipments.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
